Do you get paid for overtime?

If you work for an hourly rate and get paid overtime for working extra, you need to check this out and voice your opinion while you can. The Department of Labor is trying to pass a regulation that allows employers to work you as much as they want without paying you overtime. This is not a joke.
Here's the proposed reg - http://www.dol.gov/esa/regs/fedreg/proposed/2003033101.htm

From Clark Howard's website:
The DOL is proposing a new rule that if you make more than $22,000 a year, your employer is able to declare you non-eligible for overtime. Then, the employer is able to work you as many hours as they want and never pay you an extra penny.
