I know this is cheesy... I'm posting it anyway... (Dash)

Please pardon the cheese.
Got this in an email (fwd) from a friend in Tennessee. It's a cheesy email poem which I normally detest. I like the message in this one, though...
The first verse is really the best part of it...

I read of a man who stood to speak
At the funeral of a friend
He referred to the dates on her tombstone
From the beginning...to the end.
He noted that first came her date of birth
And spoke the following date with tears,
But he said what mattered most of all
Was the dash between those years.

The day of my death

I've pretty much always known that I would not die what I call a "natural death"... i.e. I won't die of old age...

I took a quiz on thespark.com called the death test. And according to their expertise I will die on June 30, 2050 at the ripe old age of 74.

At least now I know, and I can start planning my retirement (and how I'll spend my retirement moneys) accordingly. :)
