Yes in 2004 - as a statement by the College Republicans against affirmative action and to tell people they are against race-based scholarships...

I don't think the "scholarship" was ever actually awarded or anything...

Sounds like fun...NOT

That's even worse than Elizabeth Dole who was the speaker at my Tech commencement. I graduated in May 2003, two months after the war started and all she talked about was war. For a conservative school there sure was a lot of grumbling among the grads on the floor.
